We want you to love what you cook with. If something is not right, our 30-day return policy makes it simple to return or exchange your order.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to start a return

Email contact@zadinia.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will send you clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us right away with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
